地方性院校创新创业教育融入专业教育的实践与改进

Practice and Improvement of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Professional Education in Local Colleges

创新创业教育与专业教育在人才培养目标上具有内在统一性。在应用型人才培养导向下,不少地方性院校正在积极开展创新创业教育融入专业教育实践,探索具有创新创业能力的应用型人才培养新模式。从阐释创新创业教育基本内涵出发,在论述地方性院校创新创业教育融入专业教育必要性的基础上,以梧州学院为个案,总结凝练地方性院校创新创业教育实践中的典型经验做法,剖析它们推动创新创业教育融入专业教育面临的主要挑战。建议地方性院校更新观念、增强融合意识的同时,进一步加大力度培养具备融合特征的师资骨干队伍,以人才培养目标融合为引领探索多维融合路径。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education are consistent in talent training objectives.In order to cultivate applied talents,many local colleges and universities are actively carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education practice.Starting from the interpretation of the basic connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper discusses the necessity of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education in local colleges and universities.Taking Wuzhou University as a case,this paper summarizes the typical experience and analyzes the main challenges.At the same time,it is suggested that local colleges and universities should strengthen the training of teachers with integration characteristics,and explore the multi—dimensional integration path with the integration of talent training objectives as the guide.
