速滑冰刀运动效能影响因素的研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Speed Skate's Movement Efficiency

速滑运动员使用不同型号冰刀会对动作技术和运动成绩产生较多的影响,研究影响速滑冰刀运动效能的因素,为速滑运动员选择不同型号冰刀提供全方位、多角度的科学指导意见,有效保障运动员竞技成绩的平稳提升,为评价速滑冰刀运动效能提供理论依据。通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,基于物理学、心理学、运动生物力学、运动训练学等基础理论研究,将冰刀材质、结构与运动员的竞技能力结构特征相结合,从主客观两个角度,深入分析速滑冰刀滑度、形变、运动学、主观感觉等方面对运动效能造成的影响机制,明确项目特征与影响因素之间相关性,避免运动员因对冰刀选择不当或需要较长的适应周期造成对成绩的不良影响。

Speed skaters use different types of skates will have more impact on the movement technology and sports performance.This paper studies the factors affecting the performance of speed skaters,provides comprehensive and multi angle scientific guidance for speed skaters to choose different types of skates,effectively ensures the smooth improvement of athletes’competitive performance,and provides theoretical basis for evaluating the performance of speed skaters.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey,based on the basic theoretical research of physics,psychology,sports biomechanics and sports training,this paper combines the material and structure of skates with the structural characteristics of athletes’competitive ability,and deeply analyzes the influence of skate sliding degree,deformation,kinematics and subjective feeling on Sports efficiency from both subjective and objective perspectives In order to avoid the negative influence on the performance caused by the improper selection of skates or the need for a long adaptation period,athletes should make clear the correlation between the characteristics of the event and the influencing factors.
