基于环形阵列的三维磁场检测研究

摘要 为深入研究三维磁场的空间特征信息,首先对单个三维磁传感器的稳定性进行测试,并观测传感器绕永磁体旋转时三维磁场的变化趋势,然后设计三维磁传感器环形阵列,对永磁体周边的三维磁场分布进行检测,并完成空间三维磁力线的绘制。再改变环形阵列的直径,分析永磁体的距离与磁场强度的变化趋势,进行二次曲线拟合,最后将环形阵列用于钢板凹坑缺陷的漏磁检测实验。实验结果表明,环形阵列能够挖掘三维漏磁场的隐含空间特征信息,抵抗共模信号干扰。 In order to study the spatial characteristic information of three-dimensional(3 D)magnetic field,the stability of the 3 D magnetic sensor was first detected and the trend was under observation when the sensor rotating around the permanent magnet.The ring array of 3 D magnetic sensor was designed to detect the magnetic field around the permanent magnet.Then the 3 D lines of magnetic force were drawn based on the result.The diameter of the ring array was changed to analyse the trend between the distance from the magnet and the magnetic field intensity.And the quadratic fitting was carried out then.The ring array was applied in magnetic flux leakage(MFL)detecting.The results show that the method can detect the hidden features within the MFL signals that resist common mode interference.
