摘要
[目的]分析我国护理管理论文作者、机构合作情况及研究热点,了解护理管理研究现状。[方法]运用CiteSpace软件对12种护理核心期刊2012年—2019年发表的护理管理论文进行可视化分析。[结果]护理管理领域已形成多核心学术团队,作者以同一机构内合作为主,积极、广泛的机构间合作有待加强,跨地区机构尚未形成研究合力。从内容来看,护理质量管理、护理人力资源管理、护理安全管理是当前护理管理研究领域研究热点。[结论]护理管理研究内容扎根临床一线,热点研究方向呈现多样化,跨团队、跨机构、跨地区合作有待加强。
Objective:To analyze the cooperative situation among authors and institutions of nursing management papers and research hot spots in China,so as to understand research status of nursing management.Methods:Visual analysis of nursing management papers published in 12 core nursing journals from 2018 to 2019 was carried out by CiteSpace.Results:Multi-core academic team had been formed in the field of nursing management.Author mainly worked at the same institution.Active and extensive inter-agency cooperation needed to be strengthened.Cross-regional institutions had not yet formed research synergy.From the content point of view,research focuses were nursing quality management,nursing human resource management and nursing safety management.Conclusions:Nursing management research content was rooted in clinical frontline.Research hotspots were diversified.Cross-team,cross-institution and cross-region cooperation needed to be strengthened.
