摘要
为确定7%的CO2处理对南果梨后熟品质的影响,以鞍山南果梨为试材,研究果实在气调贮藏期间的生理生化变化。试验结果表明:与对照相比,7%的CO2处理可有效抑制南果梨常温贮藏期间的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量,减缓果实硬度、可滴定酸和总酚含量的下降,降低多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和提高过氧化物酶(POD)活性;12 d处理的后熟效果较好。
In order to study the duration of 7%concentration CO2 treatment of Nanguo pear fruit can not be normal after ripening,Anshan Nanguo pear was used as experimental material,and 7%concentration CO2 was used to treat different days for controlled atmosphere storage.The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes during storage were measured.The results showed that 7%concentration of CO2 treatment can effectively inhibit the respiratory strength and ethylene release during the storage of the per normal temperature of the fruit pears,slow down the decline of fruit hardness,titable acid and total phenol content,and reduce polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity and improve peroxypedase(POD)activity.Among them,12 d treatment of the post-ripe effect is better than other treatments,after 15 d treatment of the south fruit pears can not be fully restored after ripening.
