摘要
主要针对湖南的典型鱼类鲫鱼体内的有机磷阻燃剂(OPFRs)进行研究,将鲫鱼分解为腹部肌肉、背部肌肉、肠3个组织部位,通过固相萃取技术对这些组织部位进行处理,并采用高效液相色谱质谱法进行检测分析。结果表明,在鲫鱼体内检测出7种OPFRs,浓度范围为0.06~32.91 ng/g。不同大小的鲫鱼体内OPFRs浓度水平有一定差异,且浓度水平与鲫鱼质量呈正相关。在不同鱼体组织部位中,肠组织部位OPFRs浓度最高。
The organophosphorus flame retardants(OPFRs)in Carassius auratus,a typical fish-crucian carps in Hunan province,were studied in this study.Crucian carps were decomposed into abdominal muscle,back muscle and intestine tissue parts.These tissue parts were treated by solid phase extraction technology and detected and analyzed by HPLC-MS.The results showed that 7 kinds of OPFRs were detected in the Crucian carps,with concentrations ranging from 0.06 to 32.91 ng/g.There were some differences in OPFRs concentration in carassius auricularis of different sizes,and the concentration was positively correlated with the weight of carassius auricularis.The concentration of OPFRs was highest in the intestine tissue from all different fish tissues.
