摘要
硝化反应广泛应用于医药、农药、炸药、染料、香料等领域,传统间歇釜式硝化生产存在放热量大、选择性差、产品质量不稳定等问题。连续流反应技术凭借其优异的传质传热效率很好地解决了以上问题,且具有本质安全、时空效率高等优势。本文对近十年来连续流反应技术在芳环、芳杂环、脂肪族化合物硝化反应中的应用进行概述。
Nitrification reaction is widely used in the fields of medicine,pesticides,explosives,dyes,spices,etc.The traditional batch kettle nitrification production has the problems of large heat release,poor selectivity and unstable product quality.Continuous flow reaction technology solves the above problems well with its excellent mass and heat transfer efficiency,and has the advantages of intrinsic safety and high space-time efficiency.This article summarizes the application of continuous flow reaction technology in the nitration of aromatic rings,aromatic heterocyclic ring and aliphatic compounds in recent ten years.
