摘要
为解决远程控制系统不稳定、实时性差、操作复杂等问题,并实现控制系统的高度自动化与实用化,将Modbus/TCP与Modbus/RTU协议相结合,构建双层网络通信结构,从而设计一种基于Modbus协议的自动控制系统,利用模拟实验的方法给出用户操控界面,在实现远程控制与实时监控的同时,提高了以太网与RS485总线传输媒介下的通信可靠性,并将其应用于一套智能家居控制系统之中。
This paper introduces the design of a smart home control system based on a two-layer network structure,consisting of Modbus/TCP and Modbus/RTU protocols,in order to promote the stability instantaneity,and practicability of similar systems.Emulational experiment is presented,where a physical circuit simulates real household supplies and programs monitor all communications inside with a operation interface for users.The design implements proper communicational controllability with transmission mediums including ethernet and RS485.
