摘要
为了预防因安全仪表系统功能失效引起的化工生产现场停车事故和安全事故,利用工具、仪器和软件,检验测试运行多年的安全仪表系统。通过对近百个工业现场控制系统和安全仪表系统运行环境的统计分析,探讨现场安全仪表系统运行存在的问题,如通道故障、供电问题、联锁失效、数据丢失、温湿度影响、冗余失效、部件故障等,进而研究设计出一种专门用于安全仪表系统的检验测试方法。研究表明:通过该检验测试方法可以有效测试安全仪表系统运行状况,发现系统存在的问题,可以降低安全仪表系统的危险失效概率(PFDavg),提高安全仪表系统现场运行稳定性和工业现场的安全性。
In order to prevent parking accidents and safety accidents at the chemical production site caused by the failure of the safety instrument system function,tools,instruments and software are used to inspect and test the safety instrument system that has been running for years.Through the statistical analysis of the operating environment of nearly one hundred industrial field control systems and safety instrument systems,the problems existing in the operation of on-site safety instrument systems such as channel failure,power supply problems,interlock failure,data loss,temperature and humidity effects,redundancy failure,component failures,etc.,are discussed in this paper.And then research and design a special test method for safety instrumented systems.The research shows that the inspection and test method can effectively test the operation status of the safety instrument system,find the problems existing in the system,reduce the probability of dangerous failure(PFDavg)of the safety instrument system,improve the stability of the safety instrument system on-site operation and the safety of the industrial site.
