摘要
火控系统包括火控解算、伺服控制、炮塔、车体姿态、外弹道、命中、航迹处理与信息综合管理等部分组成。而伺服控制部分要做的主要为按照设定的仿真周期,接收火控解算模拟输出的射击诸元数据,模拟火炮伺服的调转和跟踪过程并实时输出伺服架位数据和架位误差等必要信息。基于感应电机的转子磁链定向矢量分解,设计了火炮随动系统,在Simulink上进行验证。
The fire control system consists of fire control calculation,servo control,turret,vehicle attitude,external trajectory,impact,track processing and information integrated management.What the servo control part should do is to receive the fire control to solve the simulation output fire metadata according to the set simulation cycle,simulate the turning and tracking process of the artillery servo,and output the necessary information such as servo position data and frame position error in real time.Based on the vector decomposition of rotor flux orientation of induction motor,the gun servo is desioned,and verified on Simulink.
