新中国奋斗价值观的时代特质及伦理蕴含

The Characteristics of the Times and Its Ethical Implication on the Values of Struggle in the New China

奋斗价值观是一定社会条件下的主体对“奋斗”这一精神品质的价值评估以及由此产生的对其态度、倾向、主张和信念等系统观点。它是中国共产党的主流价值观。新中国成立至今,奋斗价值观的传承演变经历了三个历史时期并呈现不同的时代特质。新时代中国特色社会主义的奋斗价值观的伦理蕴含在国家层面,要求以人民为中心,把增进民生福祉作为发展的根本目的;要营造公平正义的制度环境,激励和保护人们的奋斗动力。在社会层面,要营造宽容、尊重、和谐的社会氛围,培植奋斗者成长的沃土;友善、关爱、帮扶弱势群体和困难群体,彰显社会良善和正义。在个人层面,要求奋斗要有勤劳的品质;奋斗必须诚实劳动、公平竞争;个人奋斗必须与国家民族发展需要同向同行。

The value of struggle is the evaluation of the subject's value to the spiritual quality of“struggle”under the certain social conditions,as well as the resulting systematic views on its attitude,tendency,proposition and belief.It is the mainstream value of the Communist Party of China.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the inheritance and evolution of struggle values have gone through three historical periods with different characteristics of the times.The ethics of the struggle values of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is contained in the national level,which requires people as the center and the promotion of people's well being as the fundamental purpose of development and a fair and just system environment to encourage and protect people's struggle power.At the social level,we must create a social atmosphere of tolerance,respect and harmony,and cultivate the fertile soil for the growth of strivers,and we must be friendly,caring and helping vulnerable and disadvantaged groups,so that we can show a good and just society.At the personal level,it requires hard work,which means that the struggle must be honest and fair and the individual struggle must go hand in hand with the requirement of the national development.
