Zhou Wu had long been dedicated to pedagogical practices,where he taught by deeds and closely integrated creation with teaching by demonstrating prints that were reality-oriented and reflect the changes of the times to students.Such a fresh and distinctive teaching method not only directly stimulates students’abilities to create but also lays a solid foundation for the vigorous prosperity of Anhui’s printmaking industry.As a scholar,Zhou possessed a diligent academic demeanor.He was committed to collecting,collating and probing into Chinese ancient print literature for many years,offering abundant and precious spiritual treasure for the world.
