摘要
基于电动汽车与分布式发电协同优化的运行背景,针对电动汽车的充放电控制策略展开讨论。首先,从提高经济性、削峰填谷、降低网损以及提高能源利用率4个方面分析了电动汽车有序充放电控制的效益;其次,以电动汽车接入电网时的电动汽车负荷模型、充放电控制模型和3种控制架构作为切入点,对电动汽车有序充放电的控制策略进行了归纳和总结;再次,介绍了电动汽车充放电技术中存在的问题与难点,即通信的安全性与稳定性、电能质量及系统的稳定性;最后,结合当前实际情况,对电动汽车有序充放电技术的发展提出相关建议。
Based on the background of the cooperative optimization of electric vehicles(EVs)and distributed generation,this paper studies the charging and discharging control strategies of EVs.Firstly,it analyzes the benefits of coordinated charging and discharging control of EVs in four aspects including improving economy,cutting peak load and filling valley,reducing network loss and improving energy utilization.Secondly,based on the EV load model,charging and discharging control model and three control architectures,the paper summarizes the control strategies of coordinated charging and discharging.Thirdly,it introduces the problems and difficulties existing in EV charging and discharging technologies such as communication security and stability,power quality and system stability.Finally,the paper gives some advice on the development of coordinated charging and discharging technology for EVs.
