考虑台区负载率的快速线损测算与方法 被引量:5

Fast Line Loss Measurement Method Considering Load Rate Characteristics in Station Areas

摘要 针对理论线损计算忽略线损率随负载率的变化而波动的问题,设计了一种考虑负载率特性的低压台区线损快速测算方法。首先根据台区之间在物理属性方面的差异,汇总低压配电网台区的线损一级指标,利用因子分析法对一级指标进行降维,筛选出对线损率贡献度较高的二级指标,并采用模糊C均值聚类算法(fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm,FCM)对区域台区进行基于线损二级指标的聚类;继而挑选出每一类的聚类中心台区,采用等值电阻法计算其理论线损率,应用聚类指标参数构建线损率计算模型,将负载率特性通过年平均负载率进行量化表征,并纳入计算模型中进行修正,从而快速测算非中心台区的线损率;最后以某地区156个台区为例验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。 Aiming at the problem that the theoretical line loss calculation method ignores fluctuation of the line loss rate with the change of load rate,a fast measurement and calculation method for the line loss in low-voltage station areas considering load rate characteristics is designed.According to the differences in physical properties between the station areas,the first-level indicators of line loss in the low voltage distribution network station areas are summarized.The factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimensionality of the first-level indicators,and the second-level indicators that with high contribution to the line loss rate are selected.Then,the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the regional station areas based on the secondary index of line loss.Afterwards,the cluster center station area of each category is selected,and the the equivalent resistance method is used to calculate theoretical line loss rate.By using the clustering index parameters,the line loss rate calculation model is constructed.The load rate characteristics are quantified by the annual average load rate and incorporated into the calculation model for correction,so as to quickly calculate the line loss rate in the non-central station area.Finally,156 station areas are taken as examples to verify feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
