职业装是反映个人职业需求以及职业心理的特制的服装,也是企业走向标准化、国际化、品牌化阶段中具备良好形象的体现,能够在各项工作中凸显企业自身的服务理念,也能在业内展现自身的品牌价值。在进行职业装设计期间,要针对企业的业务流程、产品特点、企业文化、服务思想诸多方面,同时还需要结合不同着装员工群体的诉求,从年龄结构、衣着习惯、面料属性、行业特点等方面进行综合考量,给款式设计、造型设计奠定良好的基础条件,使职业装在展现个性化特征和自身审美品味的同时,还能直接反应企业的形象与内涵。
