环境现状监测是发现污染问题、提升评估环境治理成效的重要支撑。基于此,本研究主要针对环评中环境现状监测的不足进行分析;并提出运用构建完善监测评估制度、加强环境监测实验室的指导及管理、建立规范化的检测体系等策略,促进环境现状监测管理质量的提高,以期为我国环评工作的发展提供良好支持。

The present situation of environmental monitoring is found pollution problems,promote the evaluation of environmental governance important support.Based on this,this research mainly aiming at the deficiency of environmental status monitoring in eia are analyzed;Build perfect monitoring and evaluation system,and puts forward strengthening guidance and management of environmental monitoring laboratory,establishing standardized testing system,such as strategy,promote the quality of the present situation of environmental monitoring management,so as to provide good support for the development of Chinese eia work.
