米氮平致不宁腿综合征1例

One case of restless legs syndrome induced by mirtazapine

1例23岁男性患者,因反复凭空闻声,敏感3年余,加重3d入院,诊断为精神障碍。入院第1天,给予富马酸喹硫平,治疗精神分裂症。入院第2天,给予米氮平和甲磺酸瑞波西汀,改善睡眠和抑郁状态,用药7 d后症状明显改善。入院第11天,患者诉睡眠差,腿部出现痒、麻和蚁走感,运动后可部分缓解,考虑是米氮平导致的不宁腿综合征,立即停用米氮平,同时改用盐酸曲唑酮,用药2天后,患者腿部不适症状未再出现。

A 23-year-old male patient was hospitalized mainly because of repeatedly hearing imagination sound,sensitiveness for more than 3 years,and aggravation for 3 days.He was diagnosed as mental disorder.After admission,quetiapine fumarate was given to him for schizophrenia on the 1st day.Mirtazapine and reboxetine mesylate were given to him for improving sleep and depression on the 2nd day.7 days later,the patients’mood and sleep was significantly improved.On the 11 th day,he complained of bad sleep,itching,numbness and formication in legs which could partially relived after movement.The restless leg syndrome induced by mirtazapine was considered and mirtazapine was replaced by trazodone hydrochloride immediately.2 days later,the symptoms of legs disappeared.
