广州市老年人医养结合需求调查分析——以广州市越秀区为例

Demand of medical and nursing care in the elderly in Guangzhou——Taking Yuexiu District as an example

目的调查广州市越秀区老年人群体对社区医养结合服务的知晓、需求情况及影响因素。方法采取随机抽样方法抽取广州市越秀区下辖某6个街道的84名60岁以上老人,调查其对社区医养结合模式的知晓率和需求情况。结果在81份有效问卷中,身体处于亚健康或患病状态的有67人,占82.7%;知晓医养结合模式的有18人,占22.2%;有医养结合需求的有42人,占51.9%。年龄、性别等因素对老年人购买医养结合服务无明显影响,文化程度、有无医保以及健康情况是影响社区老年人医养结合需求的重要因素(均P<0.05)。结论广州市越秀区老年人对社区医养结合模式的知晓率不高,有必要加强对医养结合模式的宣传,同时还应积极探索以居家为基础的医养结合新模式,从而促进医养结合服务的进一步发展。

Objective To investigate the awareness,demand,and influencing factors of medical and nursing care in the elderly at Yuexiu District,Guangzhou.Methods The random sampling method was used to select 84 elderly people over 60 years old on 6 streets under the jurisdiction of Yuexiu District.Their awareness rate and demand of medical and nursing care in community were investigated.Results Among the 81 valid questionnaires,67 were in sub-health or ill state,accounting for 82.7%;18 were aware of medical and nursing care,accounting for 22.2%;and 42 were in the need of medical and nursing care,accounting for 51.9%.Gender and age had no significant impact on the elderly's purchase of medical and nursing care.Education level,medical insurance,and health status were important factors affecting the demand for medical and nursing care by the elderly in the communities(all P<0.05).Conclusion The old people at Yuexiu District,Guangzhou do not have high awareness of medical and nursing care.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of medical and nursing care.At the same time,we should actively explore a new mode of home-based medical care integration,so as to promote the further development of medical care integration services.
