当代“药茶”研究评析

Evaluation and analysis of contemporary"medicinal tea"research

采用文献分析法分析有关药茶的文献,分析当代中国药茶的现状。药茶凭借其药理方面的功效以及方便、温和等优点在调理偏颇体质、治疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脂肪肝、便秘及肥胖等方面疗效显著,且药茶通过不同的组合具有丰富的药理作用,对不同疾病的治疗非常有效。同时指出目前的药茶研究大多侧重于药茶的治病功能,对于药茶成分用于防病的研究较少。除此之外,针对药茶的生产及应用的整个过程中,对药材适应证、禁忌证等的考虑仍然较少,有待继续深入研究。

Using the method of literature analysis,this paper analyzed the current situation of medicinal tea in China.With its pharmacological effects,convenience and mildness,medicinal tea had a remarkable effect on regulating the biased constitution,treating hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,fatty liver,constipation and obesity.And it could produce rich pharmacological effects through different combinations,which was very effective in the treatment of different diseases.At the same time,it was pointed out that most of the current research on medicinal tea focused on the therapeutic function of medicinal tea,and there was little research on the use of medicinal tea ingredients for disease prevention.In addition,in the whole process of the production and application of medicinal tea,the consideration of indications and contraindications of medicinal materials was still less,which needed to be further studied.
