陕西省老年人群口腔保健行为调查分析

Investigate and analysis of oral health care behavior of elderly population in shaanxi province

目的:了解陕西省老年人群的口腔保健行为,为开展老年人群口腔健康教育工作提供指导方向。方法:采用多阶段、分层、等容量随机抽样的方法。在陕西省抽取65~74岁老人169例,进行面对面问卷调查,所有数据输入Epidata数据库,采用SPSS24.0统计软件进行分析。结果:陕西省老年人群每天刷牙的人数占70.4%,每天使用牙签的人数占18.9%,在牙线的使用中,每天使用牙线的人数为0%,从不或很少使用牙线的人数占98.2%,刷牙时使用牙膏的人数占87.6%,使用含氟牙膏的人数占4.1%。结论:陕西省老年人的口腔保健行为有待进一步的提高。

Objective:To investigate oral healthy behavior of elderly population in Shaanxi province,which is beneficial for improving the methods of oral health education for elderly population.Methods:A multi stage cluster sampling method was used to survey 65 to 74 years old in Shaanxi Province.The Brushing teeth information was collected by structured questionnaires.EpiData software and SPSS 24.0 statistical software were used to analyze the data.Results:70.4%of elderly population in Shaanxi province brushed their teeth every day,and 18.9%of them used toothpicks every day.However,0%of them used dental floss daily and 98.2%never or seldom used dental floss.87.6%of elderly population used toothpaste when brushing their teeth,but only 4.1%used fluoride toothpaste.Conclusion:The oral health behavior of the elderly in Shaanxi province needs to be further improved.
