纳米银复合抗菌剂的制备及其在抗菌裘皮中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高纳米银抗菌剂的抗菌性,选用高效、低毒的异噻唑啉酮与纳米银溶液进行复配,通过紫外-可见光谱、动态光散射和透射电镜研究了异噻唑啉酮加入量对纳米银稳定性的影响,然后通过对六种细菌的抗菌实验,寻找最优的复配方案。制得的纳米银复合抗菌剂用于绵羊裘皮抗菌整理,完成整理后对抗菌剂吸收率以及绵羊裘皮抗菌性能进行检测,同时对经过多次抗菌整理后绵羊裘皮的力学性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,当混合体系中异噻唑啉酮的浓度不超过20μg/mL时,可获得稳定的纳米银复合抗菌剂。复配协同指数显示纳米银与异噻唑啉酮的复配具有协同或加合作用。将纳米银复合抗菌剂用于绵羊裘皮抗菌处理,整理过程中纳米银吸收率高,整理后绵羊裘皮对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和红圆酵母都具有快速、明显的抑菌效果。经过10次抗菌整理后,绵羊裘皮的力学性能无显著变化。总之,异噻唑啉酮与纳米银复配,可以制备具有高效、广谱抗菌能力的抗菌剂,可成为生产抗菌裘皮和皮革的新选择。 To improve the antibacterial property of nano-sliver,a high effective and low toxicity isothiazolinone was chosen to develop a combined antibacterial agent.Effect of isothiazolinone concentration on nano-sliver stability was evaluated by using the UV-Vis,dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscope analysis.Then,six kinds of bacteria were used to optimize the component of combined antibacterial agent.The optimized combined antibacterial agent was used to treat sheep fur.The exhaustion rate of combined antibacterial agent and antibacterial property of treated fur were tested,and the mechanical properties of sheep fur subjected to several antibacterial treatments were also determined.The results showed that stable combined antibacterial agent could be obtained when the concentration of isothiazolinone in the mixture was below 20μg/mL.The synergy index indicated there were synergistic effects and adducts actions for combining nano-sliver and isothiazolinone.During the antibacterial treatment of sheep fur by combined antibacterial agent,the exhaustion rate was high,and the treated fur exhibited rapid and effective antibacterial property against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa.Moreover,there was no negative effect on mechanical properties of sheep fur even after 10 times antibacterial treatments.In sum,the combination between nano-sliver and isothiazolinone could prepare high efficiency and broad-spectrum antibacterial agent,and the combined antibacterial agent might be new choice for producing antibacterial leather and fur.
