摘要
通过模拟糖尿病足溃疡发生机制,为溃疡好发区提供参考性预测,为我国建设完善的糖尿病足溃疡风险诊治系统提供参考。利用已有文献,制定一系列力学转移规则,对不同糖尿病足并发症患者足底受力轨迹进行模拟。结果显示,从周围神经病变开始足底压力集中向前足中外侧转移,该区域溃疡发生风险较高,右足第三跖骨成为溃疡高发区。
The aim of this study was to simulate a mechanism of foot ulcer in different diabetic patients and provide a reference for predicting foot ulcer.First,we extracted data from the existing literature,which included four types of participants whose plantar pressure were recorded.Then,a series of transfer rules were developed to simulate the loads shift of feet.By studying the development of ulceration,we can conclude that more load is concentrated on the medial and lateral sides of the forefoot;At the same time,the third metatarsal bone of the right foot may become a high incidence of ulcers.This study provides a theoretical case for simulating the development of ulcer and provides clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of ulcer risk in China.
