摘要
纬编两面提花针织物正反两面均可提花,花型效果丰富,组织结构多变,但编织效果难以预测,设计打样难度高。文章首先分析纬编两面提花针织物的结构特征,接着开发成圈结构和浮线结构两面提花织物来分析线圈结构;定义及测量描述线圈相对位置的质和线圈几何结构的型值点,通过关系式确定不同线圈质点变形系数和型值点变形系数。以织物线圈为研究对象,基于实验测量的仿真结构模型真实地描述了织物线圈结构,通过建立织物参数与线圈结构的相关关系,为织物的仿真结构模型的快速建立提供了支持。最终,建立以横密、纵密、正反线圈比为参数的仿真结构模型。
The weft-knitted two-side jacquard fabric can be jacquard on both sides.The pattern effect is rich and the weave structure is variable.However,the knitting effect is difficult to predict and the design and sample making are difficult.Firstly,the structural characteristics of the weft-knitted two-side jacquard fabric were analyzed.Then,two-side jacquard fabrics of the looping structure and the missing structure were designed to analyze the loop structure.Defining and measuring mass points that describe the loop relative position and date points that describe the loop geometry structure.Meanwhile,data points of loop geometry structure were described.The deformation coefficient of mass points and deformation coefficient of data points of different loops were determined by the relational expression.The fabric loop was chosen as the research object.The simulation structure model based on the experimental measurement described the fabric loop structure truly.The support was provided for the rapid establishment of the fabric simulation structure model by establishing the correlation between the fabric parameters and the loop structure.Finally,a simulation structure model with the parameters of cpi,wpi and front&back loop ratio was established.
