电力关键信息基础设施认定方法与实践研究

Research and Practice on Identification of Power Critical Information Infrastructure

电力系统作为国家最根本的关键基础设施,是“网络战”重点攻击目标之一,加强电力关键信息基础设施安全保护迫在眉睫。电力关键信息基础设施认定能够将支撑电力关键业务持续、稳定运行必需的信息基础设施与其他信息基础设施区分开,是开展电力关键信息基础设施认定安全防护的前提和关键。文章分析归纳了国外关键信息基础设施认定现状,结合我国电力行业网络安全工作实践,提出了一种电力关键信息基础设施认定方法,可以为电力关键信息基础设施认定工作提供参考。

As one of the most critical infrastructures in a nation,power grid has always been one of the key targets of cyber warfare.It is imminent to strengthen the security protection of power critical information infrastructure.The identification of power critical information infrastructure can distinguish the information infrastructure necessary for the continuous and stable operation of power critical business from other information infrastructure.It is the premise and basis to carry out security protection of critical information infrastructure.This paper summarizes the research status of foreign critical infrastructure identification and proposes a method and implementation process for identification of critical power information infrastructure considering practice of cyber security in China's power industry,provides a reference for the identification of power critical information infrastructure.
