摘要 基于四维轨迹运行是促进空中交通各参与方协同决策和提升空管运行效率的系统性解决方案。从顶层概念着手,分析了基于四维轨迹运行对当前空管运行的能力提升,总结了国内外的研究进展与实践。从空管系统角度提出了实施基于四维轨迹运行需解决的关键技术,并分析了典型应用场景,以期为我国在该领域的总体规划、顶层设计和系统建设提供参考。 The four-dimensional trajectory based operation(TBO)is an integrated solution to promote the collaborative decision making among the air traffic participants,and improve the overall efficiency of air traffic management(ATM).Starting with the top-level operational concept,the capability improvements to the current ATM operation is analyzed,and the research progresses and the applications at home and abroad are also presented.From the perspective of ATM system,several key technical problems to be solved and the typical application scenarios are proposed.It provides the reference for the overall planning,the top-level design and the system construction for the TBO technology field in China.
