基于凸轮设计提高汽车方向盘位置调节锁止性能研究

摘要 为了解决当前方向盘位置的调节锁止手柄手感欠佳问题,并确保车辆发生严重意外碰撞时,锁止手柄不被弹开,文章对方向盘位置调节的锁止操作手感进行工程化分解,锁止手柄不被弹开的工况参考《C-NCAP管理规则》50Km/h正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞。通过仿真分析、计算及案例测试验证,方向盘位置调节的锁凸轮压紧面、上升角度和高度组合关系进行了研究,研究结果表明压紧面上升角度与旋转角度的曲线连续、平滑,并在锁止位置设计转折能提高锁止感、有利手感平顺性,并能提高锁紧的可靠性。 In order to solve the current problem of steering wheel adjustment lever force poor feeling,and ensure the lever is not open when serious crash accident happen.In this paper,we decompose steering wheel position lock maneuver,the operation condition of the locking lever keep closing is referring to the 50 km/h 100%overlap rigid wall front crash in C-NCAP management rule.Through the simulation analysis,calculation and test case verification,and also we studied CAM surface,rise angle,and height of the steering wheel position adjustment lock mechanism,the studying result shows that curve of rising Angle and rotation Angle of the compression surface is continuous to the compression surface rise angle,can improve the lock feeling,the compliance of feeling can be beneficial and the reliability of the lock can be increased.
