浅谈环境模拟仓在整车采暖故障分析中的应用

Discussion on the application of environmental simulation bin in the analysis of heating failure of vehicle

针对于冬季反馈的暖风系统出现的车型,因其在自然条件状态下问题复现难度大,往往很难得到准确的分析、排查以及解决。环境类试验由于其试验边界条件的特殊性受场地、温度的影响特别严重。论文通过对针对某公司的某款市场反馈冬季采暖效果差的测试样车在环境仓内进行采暖试验并对数据进行分析,重点阐述了环境模拟仓在整车采暖故障分析中的应用。

For the winter feedback of the heating system of the car,because of its natural conditions under the state of the problem is difficult to reproduce,often difficult to accurately analyze,check and solve.Due to the particularity of the boundary conditions,environmental tests are seriously affected by site and temperature.This paper focuses on the application of environmental simulation bin in the analysis of vehicle heating failure through the heating test of a company's sample car with poor heating effect in winter,and analyzes the data.
