汽车制造与装配技术专业现代学徒制的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Modern Apprenticeship Training for Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Technology

为深化校企合作、促进产业与教育有机融合,推进人力资源供给侧结构性改革,现代学徒制人才培养模式改革顺势而生。针对当前国内高职院校在现代学徒制人才培养模式改革中出现的机制不完善等问题,文章结合某校汽车制造与装配技术专业在现代学徒制试点的探索与实践,浅谈做法与经验,并对现代学徒制人才培养模式改革提出一些思考。

Modern apprenticeship is the important measure to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,promote the organic integration of industry and education,and push forward the supply-side structural reform of human resources.This article from the problems of imperfect mechanism in the reform of modern apprenticeship training mode in domestic higher vocational colleges,and in our car manufacturing and assembly technology professional modern appren-ticeship training made exploration and practice,this paper discusses the practice and experience,and puts forward some thoughts on the reform of the mode of cultivating modern apprentice talents.
