随着国家综合实力的提升,汽车需求量急剧增加,汽车维修高技能人才紧缺问题越来越显著,文章旨在论证建立汽车维修技能大师工作室,能提高汽车维修高技能人才的培养力度与质量,成立工作室是具有重大意义的。文章采用文献资料法、实证分析与规范分析法相结合最终得出结论:汽车维修技能大师工作室成立是有必要性,而且在我校成立是可行的。汽车维修技能大师工作室成立是具有重要意义的。

As comprehensive national strength has increased,a sharp increase in demand in automobile repair skills shortage problem is more and more significant,the purpose of this paper is to demonstrate to establish master studio,vehicle maintenance and repair skills can improve vehicle maintenance and repair of high-skilled talents cultivation and quality,established the studio is great significance of this article USES the literature material method,empirical analysis and normative analysis method finally draw the conclusion:vehicle maintenance and repair skills master studio set up is a necessity,but also set up in our school is feasible to repair skill master studio set up is significant.
