摘要
文章通过对搭载在国内某款轻型卡车上使用的一种新型电液混合助力转向系统进行技术研究,介绍了一种适用于在轻型商用卡车上使用的电液混合助力转向系统。该转向系统能够根据整车的不同车速为驾驶员提供不同大小的转向辅助力矩;从而能够实现车辆在低速时驾驶员转向手力轻盈,在高速时驾驶员转向手力沉稳。但该转向系统应用于非独立悬挂类的轻型商用卡车上会存在使车辆主动跑偏的技术弊端,这对于探究未来转向技术的新发展具有深远的意义。
In this paper,a new type of electro-hydraulic hybrid power steering system mounted on a domestic light truck is studied,and an electro-hydraulic hybrid power steering system suitable for light commercial trucks is introduced.The steering system can provide the driver with different steering auxiliary torque according to the different vehicle speed;Thus,the driver's steering hand is light at low speed and steady at high speed.However,when the steering system is applied to light commercial trucks with non independent suspension,there will be technical disadvantages of active vehicle running deviation,which has far-reaching significance for exploring the new development of steering technology in the future.
