摘要
部分汽车铝活塞的销座下方被设计的非常厚大,成为孤立的热节,往往容易出现缩松缺陷,缩松严重的将影响铝活塞销座的强度,从而削弱其承载能力。对厚大销座铝活塞在销座下方部位缩松产生的原因以及解决方法进行了详细的研究探讨,在不改变产品结构、基本不增加材料消耗甚至减少消耗的前提下,通过对铸件局部结构的铸造工艺进行创新性的改进,从而彻底地消除了该缺陷。
The lower part of the pin seat of aluminum pistons for some automobile has been designed to be very thick and becomes an isolated hot joint,which is often prone to shrinkage defects.Serious shrinkage will affect the strength of the aluminum piston pin seat,thereby weakening its bearing capacity.The reasons and solutions of shrinkage and looseness of aluminum pistons with thick and large pin seats underneath the pin seats have been studied in detail.Without changing the product structure,ba-sically not increasing material consumption or even reducing consumption,innovative improvements of the casting process have been conducted to the local structure of castings,thus in this way,this defect has been eliminated completely.
