摘要
中国经济已转向高质量发展阶段,通过构建经济高质量发展指标评价体系:在五大发展理念——创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的基础上,加入稳定发展指标,采用中国31个省(市、自治区)2012~2018年相关指标数据,熵值法赋权,运用TOPSIS模型进行实证研究。研究发现:各地区整体经济高质量发展水平不高且地区之间经济发展不均衡,提高经济高质量发展水平,提高人民获得感至关重要。
The Chinese economy has shifted to a stage of high-quality development.By building an evaluation system of high-quality economic development indicators:on the basis of five development concepts-innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing,the stable development indicator has been added,and empirical research have adopted the related index data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2018 with entropy weighting and TOPSIS model.The study found that the overall high-quality economic development level of various provinces is not high and the economic development among regions is uneven.It is important to improve the high-quality economic development level and increase the people’s sense of gain.
