乡村振兴战略下城乡居民基本医疗保险制度存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the problems and countermeasures of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents under the rural revitalization strategy

2016年1月国务院发布了《国务院关于整合城乡居民基本医疗保险制度的意见》,对完善医疗保险制度、满足基本医疗保险需求、增强人民健康发挥了重要作用。为深入了解我国整合城乡居民基本医疗保险制度运行状况及问题,文章采用文献检索法、对比分析法进行了相关研究,在此基础上,从管理体制、制度的整合、体系的完善等方面提出了一些建议,旨在进一步促进城乡基本医疗保险制度的调整和完善。

In January 2016,the State Council issued the Opinions of the State Council on the Integration of the Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban and Rural Residents,which played an important role in improving the medical insurance system,meeting the needs of basic medical insurance and enhancing people’s health.Know me for the further integration of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance system running situation and problems,this paper adopts literature retrieval method has carried on the related research,on this basis,from the improvement of the management system,system integration,system presents some Suggestions,aims to further promote the adjustment of the urban and rural basic medical insurance system and perfect.
