摘要
针对鹿台山煤业巷道支护密度过大,降低了巷道的掘进效率,增大了巷道的支护成本等问题,采用理论分析计算对锚杆、锚索支护间排距进行了优化。通过对巷道试验段采用优化方案进行试验及监测,得出此优化方案可以保证巷道围岩稳定,降低巷道支护成本,提高矿井经济效益,有利于矿井的可持续发展。
In view of the excessively high support density of the roadway in Lutaishan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,which reduced the driving efficiency and increased the support cost of the roadway,this paper used theoretical analysis and calculation to optimize the spacing and row spacing of bolt and cable bolt support.Through the test and monitoring in the test section of the roadway by using the optimized scheme,it is concluded that the optimized scheme can ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock,reduce the roadway support cost,improve the economic benefits of the mine,and is beneficial to the sustainable development of the mine.
