厚煤层大采高综采工作面覆岩失稳破断规律及控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 厚煤层大采高综采工作面移动岩层垮塌范围比较大,开采空间相对大,开采工作面非常容易出现支架损坏、压死,支架不稳定,煤壁片帮等问题,从而影响大采高综采工作面的生产安全。所以,研究厚煤层大采高综采工作面破断覆岩失稳的结构、规律,围岩与支架关系和控制破断技术,为中国厚煤层大采高综采工作面的安全、高效生产提供了理论支持。依据厚煤层大采高综采工作面覆岩失稳破断规律、围岩与支架关系、控制破断的技术成果等,提出了开采厚煤层的技术和理论,最终为中国厚煤层大采高综采工作面的安全开采提供了技术支持。 In thick coal seam,the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height has a large range of strata collapse and mining space is relatively large.The mining face is very prone to support damage,crushing,support instability,coal wall spalling and other problems,which affect the production safety of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.Therefore,the research on the structure,law,the relationship between surrounding rock and support,and the control technology of broken overburden in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height in thick coal seam provides theoretical support for safe and efficient production of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height in thick coal seam in China.According to the law of overburden rock breaking and instability,the relationship between surrounding rock and support,and the technical achievements of breaking control,this paper put forward the technology and theory of mining thick coal seam,and finally provided technical support for safe mining of fully mechanized mining with large mining height face in thick coal seam in China.
