河北省一典型工业城镇固体废物减排潜力分析

Potential Analysis of Solid Waste Emission Reduction in a Typical Industrial Town of Hebei Province

以河北省一工业型小城镇为研究对象,采用实地调查的形式,对其所辖行政区域内制造业企业的一般固体废物进行减排潜力分析。基于调查数据,分别按照制造业行业的大类和中类,分析该城镇制造业一般工业固体废物的产生量和利用量、单位产值产生量和单位产值利用量的统计学特征;根据调查数据的统计学特征设置不同的减排强度,进行一般工业固体废物的减排潜力情景分析。反映出被调查城镇企业固废产生量大且处理能力不同,减排潜力较大。

Taking a small industrial town in Hebei Province as the research object,this paper analyzed the emission reduction potential of general solid waste of manufacturing enterprises in its administrative region by means of field investigation.Based on the survey data,it analyzed the statistical characteristics of the production and utilization of general industrial solid waste,the production of unit output value and the utilization of unit output value according to the large and medium categories of manufacturing industry;according to the statistical characteristics of the survey data,it set different emission reduction intensities to conduct scenario analysis on emission reduction potential of general industrial solid waste.It reflected that the investigated urban enterprises produce a large amount of solid waste and the treatment capacity was different,so the emission reduction potential was large.
