摘要
针对矿用注浆技术流动性差、防灭火效率低的问题,采用不同质量分数的壳聚糖悬浮黄土颗粒,并分别加入氯化钙(CaCl2)、VC、柠檬酸钙制成具有一定管道流变性能的防灭火稠化胶体。采用程序升温-气相色谱联合实验装置,测试稠化胶体对煤低温氧化自燃过程的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖悬浮黄土的最低质量分数为0.3%,加入VC的煤样后期阻化性能最优,加入CaCl2和柠檬酸钙的煤样前期阻化性能最优。
Aiming at the problems of poor fluidity and low fire prevention and extinguishing efficiency of mine grouting technology,different mass fractions of chitosan suspended loess particles were used,and calcium chloride,VC and calcium citrate were added respectively to make the thickened colloid with certain rheological properties of pipeline.The effect of thickened colloid on the low temperature oxidation spontaneous combustion of coal was tested by temperature programmed gas chromatography combined experiment device.The results showed that the minimum mass fraction of chitosan suspended loess was 0.3%.The coal sample with VC had the best late retardation performance,and the coal sample with calcium chloride and calcium citrate had the best inhibition performance in the early stage.
