摘要 标准梁是我国铁路桥梁的主要型式。为进一步适应铁路桥梁高质量发展需要,系统介绍高速铁路简支箱梁、客货共线铁路简支箱梁和T梁、盐通梁、高速铁路40 m简支箱梁等标准梁通用图的技术发展与创新,计算各系列标准梁的主要技术经济指标。技术经济性对比结果表明:客货共线铁路简支箱梁技术性能优于简支T梁,全寿命周期总成本比简支T梁低约27%;盐通梁技术性能满足规范要求,与高速铁路简支箱梁相比每孔节省投资约4.9万元;40 m简支箱梁技术性能与现行32 m箱梁基本相当,每延米造价高约3.5%,但采用40 m箱梁可减少桥墩数量,墩高越高,经济性越好。提出加强桥梁标准和关键技术基础研究、推动BIM技术在铁路桥梁建设中的应用等建议。 Standard span beams are the main types of railway bridges in China.In order to meet the needs of high-quality development of railway bridges,this paper introduces systematically the technical development and innovation of standard span beam general drawings for high-speed railway simply-supported box beam,passenger and freight railway simply-supported box beam and T-beam,Yantong Beam,and high-speed railway 40 m simply supported box beam,and provides main technical and economic indicators of beams.The technical and economic comparison results show that the technical performance of the passenger and freight railway simply-supported box beam is better than that of the T-beam,and the total life cycle cost is about 27%lower than that of the T-beam.The technical performance of the Yantong Beam meets the requirements of the specification,and it saves about 49000 Yuan per hole in investment compared with the simply supported box beam of the high-speed railway.The technical performance of 40 m simply-supported box beam is basically the same as the current 32 m box-beam,and the cost per meter is about 3.5%higher.However,the use of 40 m box beam can reduce the number of piers.The higher the pier height,the better the economy.This paper also puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening basic research on bridge standards and key technologies,and promoting the application of BIM technology in railway bridge construction.
