大学生学习成效的高低同时受学生主观因素和外部客观环境影响。外部客观环境不易改变,但高校内部环境变化会影响学生的主观学习因素,该因素可概括为学习力这一概念,而学习力中起主导作用的是学习动力。所以,高校如何激发和提升学习动力成为了问题的关键,学习动力的架构即是需要首先明确的问题。
