基于“双并举”育人理念的金融学人才培养创新实践

摘要 深圳金融产业的快速发展,既为金融学专业的发展提供了“产学研”广泛紧密合作的独特平台,同时也对金融学专业的创新人才、特色人才培养提出了国际化、高质量的要求。过去传统单一的金融学专业本科人才培养模式已不能适应现代市场对金融人才多元化的需求。深圳大学肩负为珠三角特别是深圳培养适合现代金融发展需要的本科优质人才的使命,必须创新现代金融人才培养模式。为此,我们对金融学人才培养开展多年的综合改革创新实践,构建、实施了基于“双并举”理念的金融学人才多元化培养目标体系和支撑体系,并取得了较丰硕的成果。 The fast expansion of Shenzhen's financial industry on one hand provides a special platform for the broad and close industry-university-research collaboration to the development of Finance program,and presents internationalized and high-standard requirements for the teaching of Finance in terms of entrepreneurial creativity and innovation on the other.The old traditional undergraduate teaching curriculum of Finance cannot meet the comprehensive and diversified needs for financial specialists in the modern market.Shenzhen University,with the mission of providing well-qualified graduates that can satisfy the needs of contemporary financial markets in the Pearl River Delta area especially Shenzhen,must take innovative actions to the mode of cultivating contemporary financial talents.For this purpose,after many years of practice in comprehensive innovation reform,we have constructed a well-diversified teaching scheme and corresponding supporting systems for the cultivation of financial talents based on the so called"Bipedal Development"concept and have made quite some achievements.
