在加强高校党的制度建设中推进依法治校研究

党的第十九届四中全会中提出了坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。在这样的新形势下,高校党建工作面临着严峻的考验,依法治校工作也急需提高,高校党的建设和全面从严治校是当前必须解决的重大课题。高校需要遵循党中央精神要求,结合实际,建立和完善制度体系,推进依法治校。文章从加强高校党的制度建设的必要性和重要意义入手,分析了加强制度建设与推进依法治校的内在逻辑,提出在加强高校党的制度建设中推进依法治校的实现路径,不断提升高校党建科学化、规范化水平。

At the Fourth Plenary Session of the nineteen the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to uphold and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and to modernize the system and capacity of state governance.In such a new situation,the Party construction in colleges and universities is facing a severe test,and the work of running colleges and universities according to law needs to be improved urgently.Colleges and universities should follow the spirit of the Party Central Committee,combine with reality,establish and improve the system,and promote the rule of law.Starting from the necessity and significance of strengthening the Party's system construction in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the internal logic of strengthening the system construction and advancing the rule of law in colleges and universities,and puts forward the realization path of advancing the rule of law in strengthening the Party's system construction in colleges and universities,constantly improving the scientific and standardized level of Party construction in colleges and universities.
