摘要
本研究旨在利用Meta分析评估提高液体饲料饲喂量对犊牛断奶前后固体饲料采食量、平均日增重和末体重的影响。通过筛选共纳入25篇文献46个对照研究,共收集高液体饲料饲喂量组785头和对照组789头犊牛数据,通过回归分析探讨异质性来源、敏感性分析评价合并效应量后结果的稳定性、漏斗图评估发表偏倚。Meta分析结果表明,提高液体饲料饲喂量显著降低了断奶前犊牛的固体饲料采食量(P<0.05),显著提高了断奶前的平均日增重(P <0.05),断奶后固体饲料采食量和平均日增重无显著差异(P>0.05)。提高液体饲料饲喂量显著增加了犊牛断奶体重和试验末体重(P<0.05)。敏感性分析表明分析结果稳定可靠,漏斗图分析表明研究仅存在少量发表偏倚。由此可见,提高液体饲料饲喂量可促进犊牛断奶前快速生长,对提高犊牛生产性能有潜在积极作用。本次Meta分析为犊牛的早期营养管理、培育技术以及早期营养调控的相关研究提供了科学依据。
In this study,the Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the effect of intensive liquid feed allowance on solid feed intake,average daily gain and final body weight of calves during weaning process. A total of 25 articles included 46 controlled studies were chosen after screening,and total of 785 calves in the intensive group and 789 calves in the control group were collected. The regression analysis was used to explore the source of heterogeneity,sensitivity analysis was used to assess the stability of results and funnel plots were used to evaluate the publication bias. The Meta-analysis results showed that intensive liquid feed allowance significantly reduced the solid feed intake before weaning(P<0.05),significantly increased the average daily gain of calves before weaning(P<0.05),and there was no significant differences in solid feed intake and average daily gain after weaning(P>0.05). Intensive liquid feed allowance significantly increased the weaned body weight and final body weight of calves(P<0.05). The sensitivity analysis showed that the analysis results were stable and reliable,and funnel plot analysis showed little publication bias in this study. In conclusion,intensive liquid feed allowance can promote rapid growth of calves before weaning,which has a potential positive effect on improving performance of calves. This Meta-analysis provide scientific basis for early nutrition management,techniques of calves breeding and early nutrition regulation of calves.
