围产期奶牛产奶量与反刍时间、活动量、体细胞评分的相关关系分析 被引量:4

Correlation Analysis of Milk Yield with Rumination Time,Activity and Somatic Cell Score of Dairy Cows during Perinatal Period

摘要 本试验旨在通过分析围产期奶牛产奶量与反刍时间、活动量、体细胞评分(SCS)的相关关系,以探究奶牛的健康状况。本研究统计了北京某牛场481头胎次相近、年龄相近、体重570~650 kg,泌乳天数为1~21 d、产奶量15~40 kg/d的健康荷斯坦奶牛围产期21 d内的产奶量及反刍时间、活动量和牛乳中的体细胞数(SCC)等电子记录数据共43 612条。将SCC数据转化为SCS,运用SPSS 21.0软件中的Pearson相关性分析,建立奶牛围产期的产奶量与反刍时间、活动量和SCS的回归曲线模型。结果表明:围产期奶牛产奶量与活动量(R^2=0.945,P <0.001)、SCS(R^2=0.921,P<0.001)呈极显著二次方曲线和三次方曲线负相关,与反刍时间呈极显著三次方曲线正相关(R^2=0.717,P<0.001)。回归曲线模型验证表明,利用奶牛围产期产奶量与反刍时间、活动量和SCS之间的相关性可以建立曲线回归关系。综上所述,调控围产期奶牛的饲养行为可以监测奶牛的健康状况,促进奶牛泌乳,还可以提早预知奶牛乳房炎状况,改善乳品质。 This experiment was conducted to analyze the correlation analysis of milk yield with rumination time,activity and somatic cell score(SCS)of dairy cows during perinatal period,and to explore the health status of dairy cows. This study counted 43 612 electronic records of 481 healthy Holstein cows with similar parity,similar age,570 to 650 kg body weight,lactation days of 1 to 21 days and milk yield of 15 to 40 kg/d in a dairy farm in Beijing,including milk yield,rumination time,activity and somatic cell counts(SCC)in milk of dairy cows in 21 days of perinatal period. SCC data were converted into SCS. The Pearson correlation analysis in SPSS 21.0 software was used to establish regression curve models of milk yield with rumination time,activity and SCS of dairy cows during perinatal period. The results showed that the milk yield of dairy cows during perinatal period had significant quadratic curve and cubic curve negative correlation with activity(R^2= 0.945,P<0.001)and SCS(R^2= 0.921,P<0.001),and had cubic curve positive correlation with rumination time(R^2= 0.717,P<0.001). The verification of regression curve model shows that the curve regression relationship can be established by using the correlation between milk yield with rumination time,activity and SCS of dairy cows during perinatal period. To sum up,regulating the feeding behavior of dairy cows in perinatal period can monitor the health status of dairy cows,promote lactation of dairy cows,predict the mastitis status of dairy cows in advance,and improve milk quality.
