Social Capital and the Governance of Teenagers’Physical Health:Value,Predicament and Realization Path

青少年体质健康治理是多元主体的协同共治来消解青少年体质健康中存在的问题。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法研究发现,青少年体质健康治理与社会资本之间存在着天然的契合性和逻辑上的关联,在分析我国青少年体质健康治理中存在着普遍信任缺失、互利规范匮乏、社会参与网络不健全等问题的基础上,提出社会资本视角下青少年体质健康治理的实现路径:构筑青少年体质健康的社会信任,强化青少年体质健康的规范,健全青少年体质健康参与网络,旨在推进青少年体质健康治理的实现。

The governance of teenagers’physical health is to solve the problems existed through the cooperative governance of multiple subjects.Through the methods of literature and logical analysis,it is found that there is a natural fit and logical relationship between teenagers’physical health governance and social capital.Based on the analysis of the problems in teenagers’physical health governance in China,such as lack of general trust,lack of mutually beneficial norms,and imperfect social participation network,this paper puts forward the way to achieve the quality health governance of teenagers’physical from the perspective of social capital:to build the social trust of teenagers’physical health,to strengthen the norms of teenagers’physical health,and to improve the network of teenagers’physical health participation.The aim of the study is to promote the realization of teenagers’physical health governance.
