太极拳与中医交融的学理阐述及其现实启示

On the Academic Elaboration and Practical Enlightenment of Taijiquan and Traditional Chinese Medicine Integration

新冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,全国上下一心、积极应对;太极拳与中医作为中华民族传统文化中两朵绚丽的奇葩,更是在这场“战疫”中发挥了巨大的作用。为进一步理清太极拳与中医融合防治的内在关联,主要运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对太极拳与中医的学理进行相应研究,探寻其学理交融背后带给我们的现实启示。研究认为:中医的经络学说、五行学说、阴阳学说与太极拳的拳理、拳谚、拳法之间存在一定的内在联系,在学理阐述的基础之上认为,我们首先应该在认知观念上回归“武医融合”,其次才能在技术上构建“太极拳+中医”的防治技术体系,最后通过教育改革实现培养亦武亦医的复合型人才,为国家打好这场“战疫”储备力量,真正落实“健康中国”中所提出的“体医融合”方略。

Since the outbreak of NCP,the whole country has been working hard and actively to deal with it.Taijiquan and traditional Chinese medicine,as two brilliant flowers in the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,have played a huge role in the“war against pandemic”.In order to further clarify the internal relationship between the integration of Taijiquan and traditional Chinese medicine,the paper mainly uses literature,logical analysis and other research methods to carry out the corresponding research on the theory of Taijiquan and traditional Chinese medicine,and explore the practical enlightenment behind the integration of the theory of Taijiquan and traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that there is a certain internal relationship between the meridian theory,five elements theory,Yin Yang theory and the boxing theory,boxing proverb and boxing method of Taijiquan.On the basis of academic elaboration,it is believed that we should first return to the“integration of Wushu and medicine”in the cognitive concept,then we can construct the prevention and control technology system of“Taijiquan+TCM”in technology,and finally realize the cultivation of talents who master both Wushu and medicine through educational reform,so as to lay a solid foundation for the“war against pandemic”and truly implement the strategy of“integration of sports and medicine”in“healthy China”.
