浅析高校体育课程在传承和发扬中国传统射艺中的优势

随着社会的发展,国人的民族自豪感和自信心得到极大提升,中国传统文化被国人一一发掘,重新焕发新的生机。中国传统射艺在各历史朝代都发挥着不可替代的作用,时代的发展让传统射艺再现生机。为更好的发掘,传承,发展中国传统射艺,运用文献资料法,田野考察法对中国传统射艺进行了研究,认为在高校体育教学中融入传统射艺项目,与体育教学目标相一致,与学生的身心发展需求相一致,也与高校体育教学多元化诉求相一致。同时,高校开展传统射艺教学更具有在科研团队以及传承和发展的优势。

With the development of society,the national pride and self-confidence of Chinese people have been greatly improved.Chinese traditional culture has been explored by Chinese people one after another,and renewed with new vitality.Chinese traditional archery played an irreplaceable role in all historical dynasties,the development of the times brings vitality to the traditional archery.In order to better explore,inherit and develop the traditional Chinese archery,by using the method of literature and field investigation,the traditional Chinese archery is studied.It is believed that the traditional archery should be integrated into the physical education in colleges and universities,It is consistent with the goal of physical education,the physical and mental development needs of students,and the diversified demands of college physical education.At the same time,the traditional archery teaching in colleges and universities has more advantages in scientific research team,inheritance and development.
