摘要
焦虑症对个体健康和生活质量产生不利影响。运动对情绪和状态焦虑水平有积极影响。尽管患有焦虑症的人可能对体育锻炼有抵触,但患者对有氧运动,抗组训练和瑜伽锻炼的反应良好。处方安全和实际应用应被视为治疗焦虑症患者的重要治疗方式。精心制定的运动计划应交替进行重度和轻度的训练,以帮助防止受伤,同时改善健康状况,并减轻焦虑状态。
Anxiety disorder has an adverse effect on individual health and quality of life.Exercise has a positive effect on emotion and state anxiety levels.Although people with anxiety disorders may be resistant to physical activity,they respond well to aerobic exercise,resistance training and yoga exercise.Prescription safety and practical application should be considered as an important treatment for patients with anxiety disorders.Carefully crafted exercise plans should alternate heavy and light training to help prevent injuries while improving health and reducing anxiety.
