新时代背景下体育教育专业学生就业意向研究

Research on the Employment Intention of Students Majoring in Physical Education in the New Era

本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,对河南某高校体育学院体育教育专业就业意向现状进行了研究,结果表明:大部分学生愿意尝试与专业不对口的工作,但是对职业岗位满意程度较低,而且对当前就业形势并不清楚,在专业技术方面有所欠缺,缺乏工作、实习经验等因素仍然是制约学生就业意向的一大难题。

By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and data statistics,this paper studies the current situation of employment intention of physical education major in a college of physical education in Henan Province.The results show that most students are willing to try jobs that are not in line with their majors,but they are not satisfied with their professional posts,and the unclear recognition on current employment situation,the lack of professional skills,and the shortage on work and practice experience are still major problems restricting students’employment intention.
