摘要
智能制造促进了模具产业转型升级和技术全面提升。模具智能制造对模具专业的技术技能型人才提出了新的要求。分析当前高职院校模具专业人才培养与智能制造脱节的主要问题,并研究智能制造背景下高职院校模具专业人才培养策略,具有十分重要的意义。
As smart manufacturing stimulates the transformation and upgrading of the mould industry and technology,it proposes new demands over the technology and skill-oriented talents within the field.In the paper below,some strategies on professional talent cultivation for the industry were proposed for higher vocational schools on the basis of an analysis of major problems that lead to current isolation of talent cultivation from smart manufacturing.
