产业结构变迁是产业发展的必然规律。产业战略规划是政府根据地区资源禀赋、市场需求及产业协调等综合因素所制定的战略。一次产业与二次产业的发展呈现出与互联网融合的趋势;三次产业中的信息技术与居民服务业保持着较高的增长率。我国振兴东北、西部大开发和中部崛起战略是区域经济发展的纲领性文件。高等职业教育的定位在于培养服务于地方经济的应用型人才。高等职业院校应深入研究产业结构变迁与产业规划布局,将其作为专业设置、课程设计及师资培训的重要依据。

It is known that the changes of industrial structure are natural phenomenon in industrial development and industrial strategic planning is the strategy designed by the government in accordance with the comprehensive factors like regional resources,market demands and industrial coordination.As first and second industries show a trend to integrate them with internet,the IT and resident service industries in the third industry maintain a high growth rate.In China,a program on regional economic development has been designed to rejuvenate the Northeast,develop the West and stimulate the Central China.Since higher vocation education aims to cultivate application-oriented talents for local economic development,higher vocational schools should make a deep study of industrial structural changes and industrial strategic planning and take it as an important basis for educational program design,curricular planning and teacher training.
